We are a creative digital marketing agency based in the heart of Birmingham, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our friendly team.
You will be a fast-thinker, always thinking of new strategies to attract potential clients. Always thinking ahead, you’ll not only hit targets, but smash them – all while working alongside our creative team. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role, but we’re looking for passion and someone able to think on their feet.
About the role
As a Business Development Executive, you will contribute to the implementation of our agency’s long-term goals. You will be a valuable part of the pitching process, as well as researching potential leads and guiding potential clients through every vital stage involved in closing the deal.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Forecasting sales and forming sales plans that adapt to changes in the work and marketplace
- All correspondence with the team to ensure business objectives are being met
- Creating new and exciting sales strategies
- Keeping up-to-date with new industry trends and communicating back to the team
- Focus on hitting and exceeding monthly targets
- Maintaining a CRM to ensure all leads and business details are correct
- Create prospective targeting lists for relevant industries
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Working with the team to build proposals and relevant pitch documents for web development and/or digital marketing
- Networking at events and shows/exhibitions
