What made you apply for a job with 5874?

The flexibility - my role is 1 -2 days a week which is perfect for me. There really is a lack of part time work out there.

The flexibility, autonomy, trust, and the people.

In your role, what do you most enjoy and what area do you feel you excel in?

Building relationships - I always want to help people succeed.

What would you say is your favourite project you've worked on?

Implementing a new appraisal process - as we’ve grown up as a company so have our processes and policies.

Where do you see yourself career-wise in 5 years?

Hopefully still with 58 within a leadership role but I’ve always been drawn to working with children who are struggling with their mental health.

I have a Rottweiler called Rocky, he is two and half, his favourite thing to do is chase squirrels

Tell us a little bit about yourself / family / hobbies

When I left school, I wanted to be an air-hostess. I did Travel & Tourism at college after school, unfortunately the year I left college was the year of the 911 attacks and as a result there were very few jobs in travel. I stayed in admin roles, completed a Foundation Degree in communication in Organisations, and then found HR! My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. I completed my HR qualification whilst on maternity leave. I have two daughters aged 11 and 6, my other half is Lee. We enjoy watching films together and going out for food.. We love our holidays too, but don't get chance to go abroad now we have the dog.
