Lyndon House – a Pension Fund owned office building in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
5874 were approached by joint agents JLL and Knight Frank to deliver a cohesive marketing campaign for the office building, following a full refurbishment. The marketing activity included branding, brochure design, responsive web design and letting signage fronting Hagley Road West.

5874 created a new, fresh image for Lyndon House, including a 4 page letting brochure – designed to be work as an interactive PDF for digital marketing and as a printed brochure.

Letting signage was refaced to include key internal photography, produced in full colour, with clean crisp typography to catch the attention of passing motorists, fronting Hagley Road West.

The website needed to display what the building had to offer, and be easily updatable. 5874 felt the best way to do this would be to build the website on the WordPress CMS and use strong imagery throughout the site. As the site had minimal text content and mostly revolved around the images, it was built as a one page site, meaning that the site would be viewed as one long page with different sections, taking advantage of being able to show everything together.
  • Created an updated image for Lyndon House
  • Produced a 4 page letting brochure, which works as an interactive PDF
  • New signage to attract more attention, including internal photography to show progress
