Chickidee came to us for a fresh and updated look for their retail and wholesale site that reflected their modern and trendy products.Their previous retail shop ran on Intelligent Retail that pushed into Magento, which caused them a lot of issues and not working as they needed it to. They had outgrown their current system and they needed a better way to monitor their stock so that their inventory could easily be managed across the two sites, as well as in their stores.
We set up Chickidee with two BigCommerce stores (B2B & B2C) that are fully synced with both Vend and Linnworks, meaning they now have the ability to extend and adapt as their business grows, while also being able to manage their stock more efficiently.
Charlie Bears were originally on two OpenCart sites and weren’t receiving any support, so were in need of an updated set of websites on a more scalable and robust platform where they could receive more web support. They also had no stock control across both sites which made managing inventory more difficult; this meant they needed to integrate with a software that could solve this issue by syncing stock across the entire business.
Charlie Bears came to 5874 for three new BigCommerce sites: UK, Australia and the USA. Our team custom built the new websites with integrations with Linnworks and ShipStation to help with fulfilment, while Vend was introduced to give them stock visibility across all three sites as well as the museum in Cornwall.
