Sole Bliss are a footwear brand that sell elegant and comfortable shoes for women with bunions.
Sole Bliss was built on WordPress utilising the WooCommerce plugin, resulting in a slow back-end and a user experience that left much to be desired. With a slow site speed and the inability to perform certain back-end processes that were necessary to keep the business growing, it became obvious that they needed to re-platform.
Re-platform: to improve the UI & UX
Design: with a new look & feel to suit the growing brand
Integrations: to help with performance and reporting
After working alongside 5874’s digital designers, Sole Bliss set their sights on a new and updated website design that represented the brand’s unique and elegant offering.
The 5874 team then moved the site onto BigCommerce, which meant that a lot of the previous issues with the back and front-end could be rectified through integrations with Sage Pay, In Stock Notifications, Glew Analytics and Inventory Planner. Search and product filtering were also added to ensure a smooth user experience.
The finished site features a clean and stylish design with an increase in site speed performance, which improves the overall user experience. The back-end also allows for a much easier product and store management process.
